Semper Diving and Marine is a veteran-owned, Boston based company established in 2005, providing a wide range of construction and inspection services for marine & heavy civil contractors and facility owners. Capabilities of the company include full service commercial diving for all types of conditions, pile driving in marine and terrestrial environments, advanced underwater robotic services, as well as marine construction and inspection.

Semper’s staff includes veteran divers, ROV and AUV operators, engineers, master marine technicians, mechanics, and marine construction personnel with an in-depth knowledge of all forms of diving, marine construction, restoration, and engineering. Semper’s staff brings decades of marine construction and diving expertise to the company, including many years of diving work and management on portions of Boston’s Big Dig tunnels, outfall tunnels, diffusers and headwork’s for the Boston Harbor cleanup project, local transportations tunnels, as well a marine facility restoration.

Since our inception, we have performed repairs and consulting engineering for many firms and municipalities throughout New England and a have a proven record with running contracts with the BWSC, GDF Suez / ENGIE, and Excellerate.
