This project included repairs at Berth 11 which involved critical path scheduling due to the time constraints to perform and complete work and not delay submarine repair scheduling. Repairs included structural concrete repair of the Dry Dock Caisson Sill below the surface of the water. This involved chipping and removal of deteriorated concrete and rebar, forming vertical rise concrete structure forms and placing tremmie concrete. Semper also jacketed deteriorated concrete incased piles and pumped them each with cementious grout. Remove and replaced 200 anodes. Install over 400 LF of pier side fendering.
